Renting a dumpster in four steps
1. Get a quote
Call (979) 555-0123 or fill out the form. Give us the delivery address, what you are clearing out and when you need it. We confirm size, price and delivery day by phone.
2. Delivery
The truck sets the dumpster where you want it. We want a straight shot of about 60 feet and nothing hanging overhead. Boards under the container protect the driveway.
3. Fill it
You have seven days. Load heavy first, keep below the rim, keep the banned items out.
4. Pickup
Call when you are done and we haul it to the landfill. You get the final weight and any overage charge.
Rental periods and extension pricing
Seven days is the standard period for a flat-price rental in College Station and Bryan. It starts the day we deliver. If you need longer, we can extend at a daily rate that we will quote when you book, and we will tell you up front how it works for a multi-week contractor job. Longer jobs also qualify for a swap-out: we haul the full one and drop an empty. See the contractor page.
Before the truck arrives
- Measure the drop spot. A 10-yard needs about 12 by 8 feet, a 20 or 30 about 22 by 8.
- Look up for branches and wires.
- Move cars off the driveway.
- If it is going on the street, check the rules first: College Station dumpster rules.
What happens at pickup
The driver checks the load height, loads the container and takes it to Twin Oaks Landfill in Grimes County. The load is weighed. If it is under the included weight, that is the end. Over it, you pay the per-ton overage on the quote.
Questions people ask
How long does delivery take?
We aim for the next business day when the schedule allows. During May and August move-outs and storm weeks, book early.
What if I need it longer than 7 days?
Call before the week is up. Extra days are billed at a daily rate we quote when you book.
Do I have to be home?
No, as long as the drop spot is clear and we have your permission to place it. Mark the spot with chalk, cones or a car-free driveway.
