Roll-off dumpster rental in College Station, TX

From Southwood Valley to Lick Creek, campus rentals to new construction. One local number, flat quotes, landfill runs handled.

Dumpster rental in College Station

College Station is a college town, a retirement town and a fast-growing suburb all at once. That mix is why dumpster jobs here look different from one week to the next: a landlord clearing a four-plex after finals, a family in Castlegate redoing a kitchen, a framer finishing a house in Lick Creek. We rent the same four container sizes to all of them, from a 10-yard at $325 to a 40-yard under $850.

Neighborhoods we deliver to

We deliver to every part of town. A few places we drop often:

  • Southwood Valley and Emerald Forest. Mid-century and 80s homes with tight driveways. A 10 or 15 yard usually fits where a 30 will not.
  • Castlegate, Pebble Creek and Edelweiss Gartens. Wider driveways, bigger remodels. Roofs and kitchen gut jobs lean on the 20 and 30.
  • Wolf Pen Creek, Eastgate and Northgate. Rentals and older houses near campus. Student move-out and landlord turnover work.
  • Lick Creek, Rock Prairie and Barron Road. New construction. Contractors tend to want a 30 or 40 on site for weeks.
  • Wellborn and the south edge. Larger lots, yard clearing and barn teardown. Ask about mileage.

Texas A&M, move-out and game weekends

Move-out hits twice a year. Late spring, when most Aggie leases turn over, and August, when new leases start. Dumpsters book up fast around both. If you manage rentals or have a house full of furniture to clear, book at least a week out. Our student move-out page has the details.

Home football weekends change how a truck gets around. Streets near Kyle Field close, parking spills into neighborhoods and we would rather schedule a drop for Thursday than fight traffic on Saturday.

Permits and placement

A container on your own driveway or lot usually needs nothing from the city. Street, alley and right-of-way placement can need permission, and an HOA or apartment manager may have its own rules. Because those rules can change, we walk you through them when you book. Our College Station dumpster rules page explains placement, landfill weights and what loads are accepted.

Sizes and prices

A 10-yard starts around $325 and a 40-yard tops out around $825. See the full sizes and prices guide, or request a quote with your address.

Questions people ask

Do you deliver to Texas A&M campus area apartments?

Yes, to the surrounding apartments, duplexes and rental houses. Complexes often have their own rules about where a container can sit, so we ask for the property manager’s okay before delivery.

Can you deliver on a game weekend?

We can, but Kyle Field traffic and street closures around Northgate, Wellborn Road and George Bush Drive make Friday and Saturday afternoons hard on a truck. We schedule around kickoff.

Where does the debris go?

Loads from College Station go to Twin Oaks Landfill in Grimes County, which is owned by the cities of College Station and Bryan and run by the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency.

Do I need a permit in College Station?

On your own driveway or private lot you normally do not. A container in the street or on a public right-of-way is another matter. Call us and the city before booking. Details on our rules page.
