How much does it cost to rent a dumpster in College Station?
Typically $325 to $825 depending on size: about $325 to $425 for a 10-yard, $425 to $575 for a 20, $525 to $700 for a 30 and $625 to $825 for a 40. We confirm the final number by phone.
What dumpster size do I need?
10 yard for a garage or small remodel, 20 for a room remodel or small roof, 30 for a big roof or whole-house cleanout, 40 for demolition and commercial work. Our sizes guide has pickup-load equivalents.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Seven days is standard. Extra days are billed at a daily rate we quote when you book.
How fast can you deliver?
We aim for next business day when the schedule allows. Book early for May and August move-outs and for storm weeks.
Do I need a permit?
On your own driveway or lot, usually no. For streets, alleys or right-of-way, check with the city. Details on the rules page.
What cannot go in the dumpster?
Paint, chemicals, oil, batteries, tires, appliances with refrigerant, electronics and any hazardous waste. See the full list.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
Each size includes a set tonnage. Past that, the landfill’s per-ton overage rate applies. We quote it before delivery so there are no surprises.
Can you put a dumpster on the street?
Maybe. Street and alley placement can require a city permit and HOA approval. We will not place one where it is not allowed.
Where does the trash go?
Twin Oaks Landfill in Grimes County, owned by the cities of College Station and Bryan and managed through BVSWMA.
Do you serve Bryan and the rest of the Brazos Valley?
Yes. We deliver across College Station, Bryan and the surrounding Brazos Valley. Call for locations outside the metro.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
It can scratch or crack concrete if the weight sits on a point. Lay boards or plywood under the container and avoid new or freshly sealed driveways.
Can I mix concrete and trash?
No. Heavy fill like concrete, dirt and brick should go in its own box, normally a 10-yard, so it stays under the weight limit.
