The standard answer: seven days
A flat-price rental in College Station and Bryan includes seven days, starting the day the truck sets the container. Seven days covers most garage cleanouts, remodels and roofs.
Need longer?
Call before the seven days are up. Extra days are billed at a daily rate we quote when you book. Longer jobs usually go one of two ways:
- Extension. Keep the box and pay by the day.
- Swap-out. We haul the full one and drop an empty. Better for big jobs. See the contractor page.
City and HOA limits
Some HOAs cap how long a container can sit. A container on the street can have its own time limit under city rules. See College Station dumpster rules.
How long is typical
- Garage cleanout: 1 to 3 days.
- Kitchen remodel: 1 to 3 weeks.
- Roof: 1 to 2 days.
- Estate cleanout: 3 to 10 days.
Plan it right
Book delivery the day before work starts. Call for pickup the day the box is full. Do not let it sit loaded: the landfill does not care, but your driveway does.
Questions people ask
Can I keep a dumpster for a month?
Often yes with an extension. Ask for the daily rate when you book. For a multi-week project, a swap-out schedule can work better.
What if I am done early?
Call and we will schedule pickup. Rental is not refunded for unused days, but you get the box off your driveway.
